Custom Designed Automated system for tube notching tube pierce and cut-off dies. High speed notching Radial Tube Piercing with up to 10 stations-multiple vertical and indexed Piercing positions all operating in an easy quick change radial Tube Piercing assembly head.

Automated tube bending machine 1100 to 3000 PPH. Tubes in the transfer process are being formed with the end reduced.

Air-Bag machine (below) we built over a decade ago and is still in production making Air-Bag cylinders for the automotive industry, running at a rate of 800-1200 parts an hour.

Complete parts with multiple operations held to tolerances of .0015.

Tube notching, piercing & embossing machine has a tube transfer system that allows the movement of tubes from one station to the next. With a forward and retracting of the hydraulic cylinder two parts are produce. This allows for a higher production output.

Modifying a part is made simple with our quick-change tooling in individual removable Stations.
