Tube Transfer System
Our tube transfer system is fully automated.
This machine produces Air-bag cylinders at a rate of up to 800 parts an hour and holding tolerances of .005 on all dimensions. Eliminating high rejection rates and producing parts that live up to the high quality standards of the auto industry.
Modifying a part is a quick & easy process. Each individual station is set in a small die that is easily removed for modification.
The parts/tubes are transferred along to all eight stations. Some stations can be idle depending on the part.
This is a rugged machine. Our first Air-Bag cylinder machine is thirteen years old and still running & producing quality parts.
