Accurate notch to notch centers can be held to closer tolerance because of the notching head design. +/- .004 to .010 notch to notch.

Hydraulic Tube Notching machines & systems are offered with many available options as listed below.

Single end or double end tube notching.
Manual load and unload to fully automated hopper feed systems.
From one foot tube lengths to twenty feet tube lengths.
Machine and system rates from 800 to 3000-plus PPH.
Higher rates can be achieved and will be adjusted in are quote.
Systems to take your tubes directly from your tube mill run-off table.
Weld seam detection to locate and position the weld seam to the notch. Out-of -tolerance length check detection.

Automated systems for tube notching tube pierce and cut-off dies. High speed notching Radial Tube Piercing with up to 10 stations-multiple vertical and indexed Piercing positions all operating in easy quick change radial Tube Piercing assembly head. Not all notching applications require a fully automated system, but often your production needs are high enough that a two-hit operation is too costly. Innovo Corporation’s tube notching machines produce a double notch at high speed, in a single machine cycle.
